Chris Bauer is a native of Los Angeles. He has had many years' experience on the stage in Chicago in the Steppenwolf Theatre Company and the famed Goodman Theatre. He has also studied at the Yale School of Drama before moving to New York and becoming a member of the Atlantic Theater Company founded by David Mamet and William H. Macy. He gained notice for his performances in Steppenwolf’s production of the disturbing "Clockwork Orange".

When asked about his character he tells us "Fred is a good man, but is the last to believe it, he cares deeply for his family but many times is blinded by his emotions." Fred flims "Third Watch" in New York City, but still lives in Los Angeles with his wife and 2 daughters.
