 Born in Wareham Massachussetts, Skipp Sudduth was expected to become a doctor, not an actor. His mother especially pushed for it, since she was on the team that performed the open heart surgey. Skipp is an undergraduate in biology and has worked in many hospitals, but he never went to medical school. Instead, he took some public releations jobs and joined The Steppenwolf Theater Company. When asked about Sully he says, "I love the combinations in [him]," he says. "He’s a veteran with a good heart. He’s sarcastic without being cynical. He sees himself as the town sheriff." Skipp worked for about 20 years in directing films and stage productions in addition to his acting. His interests are race cars, singing and writing songs. He did most of his own driving stunts in "Flawless" and writes songs for a band, which he also sings in. He lives in New York City because of "Third Watch" and his birthday is on August 23rd.
